Hi, we’re James and Alicia aka Lil Chedz—two strangely curious humans learning how to live with more joy and intention. Life isn’t always easy, but we believe our thoughts, feelings and emotions shape our reality. We made this site to share some of the practices and products that help us stay grounded, healthy, and a little weird.

Many of us grow up believing we have to do more or be more to feel enough. That belief is built into our culture. But we believe we are all born enough—and we always have been.

True healing begins when we break that cycle and start from where we are, with what we already have. Everything we need for health and happiness lives within us. Once we embrace that truth, everything begins to shift.

You don’t need to buy your way to wellness. The simplest, freest things—movement, breath, connection, stillness—are what bring lasting health and vitality. As a culture, we’ve drifted far from that truth, and the dis-ease we see around us reflects it.

At any moment, you can step out of that old paradigm and reclaim your health. We’re here as mirrors and reminders that you hold the power to heal.

Nightly INTENTIONAL Writing

One of the most profound practices we have incorporated into our daily, or really nightly, routines is 3 piece intentional writing practice. You write down 3 things in the command form as though it’s already happened. It can be something like, “Work is perfectly balanced and I received a raise. My relationship with my brother is healed. Miracles, flow, ease and grace come to me with ease. I got the promotion at work. I bought the perfect home I’ve l always wanted.” Just make sure it is in the present tense as though you have already received it. You can write the same 3 every night or change them up. After you have written all three, visualize the FEELING as if it’s already happened and what it FEELS as though they have already come to fruition. You can be specific with your 3 things, but do not visualize how, what, when or any specifics when you FEEL what it is like if it as already happened. It is the feeling that brings the energy of things we desire, and often times the things we want may even show up better than we can imagine when we allow space for creation through feeling. With this practice we have literally experienced daily miracles and magic happen. No joke. And it’s a great place to start if you are feeling overwhelmed by starting new habits. That can even be one of the 3 things. New healthy habits flow to me with ease. It’s just that easy. We recommend getting a composition note book and keeping it next to the bed to remind you. You can always get a beautiful journal but a simple notebook and pen is all it takes! The only rule is it begins…
