Hi we are James & Alicia! We are strange, and weird, and oddly happy. Not every day is easy, but we try to always remember we are creating our own reality and here are some practices and products that have helped bring that brighter reality into focus. If all you do is start stretching every day or put on a patch or make a shake or a combination of everything or even just think about doing these things… you are on the right track!     Stretching in the morning, and evenings if you are feeling ambitious, opens the body up, releases tensions in the muscle and mind, and prepares your body for a day of movement. It will prevent strained and pulled muscles and build strength in the body. We use the stretch below as a guide. Mix things up and make it your own.

    Breathwork brings you into the present moment balancing the body and mind. It improves emotional state, longevity, digestion, handling anxiety and even increasing your body’s capacity to absorbing nutrients.

  • Cold Therapy

    Cold Therapy has incredible benefits for your vascular system. It facilitates fat loss, muscle recover, overall cold tolerance and increase dopamine leading to overall heightened states of wellbeing. Take your hot shower first, then at the end turn the water to full blast cold. Start with 30 seconds to a minute of cold shower finale and build to 3 minutes.     Grounding, also known as Earthing, for 30 seconds to 6 minutes each day. No matter how cold or hot it is. Do it. We live in Montana in winter and we do it every day. Putting your bare feet on the surface of the Earth discharges energy into the earth and alkalizes the body almost immediately. PEMF mats are also an option if you cannot easily access the Earth, although we do not have recommendations on those yet.

    We cannot stress enough the power of meditation. Start small. Even just 30 seconds and build up to more. We highly recommend 3 times daily. Once in the morning after your grounding and/or morning tonic - before coffee - then again mid-afternoon, and before bed. Meditation is truly life changing. Again, start small and build up.     Walking & Exercise

    Getting your heart rate up for at least 5 minutes or more per day is key to health and longevity. Walking outside is one of the easiest ways to get our body moving and your heart pumping. We walk AND do parts of Mike Chang’s Flow 60. In particular, we do most of the first segments of MC Flow 60 every day after our walk but before stretching. This video below also has a stretching elements. We suggest following this video as best you can and seeing what feels right for where you are at. Bouncing, tapping, and arm swings are a must to help with lymphatic drainage.

Our Shake recipe

This is our personalized recipe. We encourage you to add or change elements to fit your body, needs and taste. We highly recommend the Purium Power Shake (Unflavored, Apple Berry or Kids Epigenius Chocolate) as the base for your shake and then you can add other fruit & veggie packs from Purium or add any fresh fruits and veggies that you like! We put the shake materials in this order to keep the mix from sticking to the side of the blender. LifeWave Patches

We highly recommend the X39 patch by Lifewave. They have a variety of patches to explore and we use the other ones sporadically depending on our needs, in particular Y-Age Glutathione for detox, X-49 for fitness and endurance, and Y-Age Aeon, for those over 50 or experiencing brain fog. Medicinal Mushrooms

Mushrooms are the neurological networks of our entire planet. In our opinion, they are the most intelligent organism in the world and they have exponential power to heal our planet and us! Daily stretching

Have you ever heard the saying, “you’re not getting old, you just need to stretch?” Most of us probably know, by the time you hit 35+, you start to have those aches and pains that make you feel like you are getting older, but these aches and pains don’t have to be the norm!

Movement is key to continuing to move as you get older and feel like you are actually getting younger. The older you get, the less flexible our bodies become, but there is a simple way to keep you limber, reduce pain, and open you mind, and that is stretching for 15-20 minute AT LEAST once per day. Ideally it would be twice, but even James and Alicia haven’t gotten that down ;) We stretch in the morning to warm our bodies up and set our intentions for the day. We found a video that is basically exactly what James does every day. We have both added a few daily poses in that feel good for our specific bodies. Play around in your stretching, move, dance, sing, BREATHE, stretch into what needs more attention, look up videos for more specific needs, or message us with questions!

Nightly INTENTIONAL Writing

One of the most profound practices we have incorporated into our daily, or really nightly, routines is 3 piece intentional writing practice. You write down 3 things in the command form that you want. It can be something like, “Give me flow in my work. Provide me clarity in my relationships. Send me miracles, flow, ease and grace. Provide me financial abundance. Give me the perfect place to live.” Just make sure it is in the command form. You can write the same 3 every night or change them up. After you have written all three, visualize the FEELING as if it’s already happened and what it FEELS as though they have already come to fruition. You can be specific with your 3 things, but do not visualize how, what, when or any specifics when you FEEL what it is like if it as already happened. It is the feeling that brings the energy of things we desire, and often times the things we want may even show up better than we can imagine when we allow space for creation through feeling. With this practice we have literally experienced daily miracles and magic happen. No joke. And it’s a great place to start if you are feeling overwhelmed by starting new habits. That can even be one of the 3 things. Give me ease in starting new healthy habits. It’s just that easy. We recommend getting a composition note book and keeping it next to the bed to remind you. You can always get a beautiful journal but a simple notebook and pen is all it takes! The only rule is it begins…
